1. Family Support Services
Under Family Support Services we offer the following :-
1. Family Support Work - Our Family Support Team provides a variety of intervention care packages to help children enhance their lives, improve the parent-child bonding and pass on skills which promote a more secure environment.
2. Contact Supervision - Members of our Family Support Team supports contact at contact centres and in the community. We manage whole contacts or offer ad-hoc contacts as well as manage most challenging contacts and Weekend Contact.
3. Weekend and Out of Hours Home Visits - Our Family Support Team works around the clock seven days a week, and we are able to support weekend and Out of Hours Home Visits.
4. Welfare Checks - We undertake Welfare checks in or out of hours, seven days a week – including Bank Holidays.

2. Emergency Housing Accommodation Services
Willmast Care works with a pool of landlords to provide emergency / temporary Housing accommodation to families with different needs who are being supported by Children's services. These needs may include mothers fleeing domestic violence, and families in crisis and in need of emergency accommodation for various reasons. We provide temporary Housing accommodation to allow social workers to work with Housing dept to sort out what needs to be done for the family to be accommodated permanently.
3. Supported Accommodation for Young Adults
We offer supported accommodation with a holistic package of care to support our young adults (18 plus) on their journey to achieve independent living.
The work centres on providing a care home to meet the needs of vulnerable young adults whose complex needs are such that they can not be cared for within their family environment. Such needs as autism, challenging behaviours, complex needs and earning disabilities. We offer residential care with accommodation, direct care and support to address physical and emotional needs as well as therapeutic support to enable them to achieve independent living.

4. Consultancy, Training and Mentoring Services
At Willmast Care we offer Training on various social work approaches to enhance individual capacity, skills, knowledge or work performance . This is also in the form of Coaching and Mentoring. We offer support in career development, interview performance, general wellbeing, and a safe space to address practice concerns and find solutions to personal and professional challenges.
Consultancy Work
We offer a range of International Consultancy Services, including project management, scoping, mapping and discovery exercises, situational analyses, stakeholder management, capacity building, collaboration and resource mobilisation.
We work with various stakeholders nationally and internationally to design, operate and maintain services in collaboration with governments to improve social, economic, and environmental conditions for marginalised communities across the globe.
We offer strategic advice and support to governments, international agencies, donor community, non-profits, or corporations to develop and implement projects that promote sustainable, resilient societies.
